Since 2005 Fleetwoodstock Music Festival has raised over £10,000 for charities, good causes and community projects.

Raising monies for Fleetwood Junior Football

Now in it’s 6th year Fleetwoodstock Music Festival has enabled local musicians to perform ‘on the big stage’ and rub shoulders with established musicians and artists. As each festival has come and gone different ways of formatting the weekend have been tried.

The winning formula has evolved into:

- Friday night being a ‘blues’ night

- Saturday afternoon a showcase afternoon for predominantly 16+ years of age local bands

- Saturday evening is the time for major international bands to take the stage

- Sunday afternoon is an opportunity for any local band, of any age group, to take to the stage

- Sunday evening showcases the very best local and established bands

Unfortunately, last year Girlschool were unable to play Fleetwoodstock and so they sent a cheque for £200 to contribute towards costs. Below is the handover of the £200 to Larkholme Primary School. Thank you to Enid Williams for sorting this.

Interested in playing?

Email a sample mp3 or more preferably send your demo or produced/released CD to us. Send your email to info@fleetwoodstock.info and we will give you more info. You can also drop in to Dazamakiz, 666 North Drive, Cleveleys and give your CD to Daz.

Owing to the overwhelming response that we have had this year from bands who want to play at Fleetwoodstock 2010, we are going to have to delay saying ‘yes’ to any other band until our main headline acts have signed contracts. We anticipate that this will happen (going off previous experience)  by the end of May 2010. Keep tuned into www.fleetwoodstock.info for more information.
